• The buyer places an order through this website by specifying the type and quantity of the goods, as well as the delivery and payment method.
• Delivery costs depend on the selected delivery method and the shipping address.
• We deliver goods within the Baltic states.
• Estimated delivery time: 1–2 working days within Latvia; 2–4 working days for Lithuania and Estonia.
PAYMENT
Currently available payment methods:
• cash on delivery;
• via internet banking (at the time of purchase; available for users of Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, and Citadele online banking);
• when paying by bank transfer, an invoice will be generated and sent to the customer's specified email during order placement.
• If “Bank Transfer” is selected as the payment method, the goods will be shipped immediately after payment is received. This also applies to goods that were not in stock at the time of purchase and were ordered on request.

DELIVERY
Currently available delivery methods:
• delivery to Omniva parcel locker;
• delivery by Omniva courier;
• courier delivery within Riga for an additional fee;
• pickup by appointment at Zeltiņu iela 7.
Items available in our Riga warehouse are delivered within 1–2 business days.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
• The buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the goods by sending a written notice to the seller. A withdrawal form will be provided by email upon request.
• The buyer must return the goods to the seller within 14 days after sending the withdrawal notice.
• The right of withdrawal does not apply if the product packaging has been opened or damaged.
DELIVERY DATA PROCESSING
• The purpose of delivery data processing is to ensure customer registration, authorization, provision of sales and delivery services, and distribution of requested information.
By entering the necessary information and placing the order, the buyer confirms they have read and agree that their provided data will be used for order acceptance and delivery.
